Our Approach

Marriage is a fundamental part of God’s creation and His redemptive plan. From the beginning, God created man and woman in His image and entrusted them with the responsibility of cultivating His creation, building families, and raising the next generation.

Marriage is therefore much more than a private relationship between a husband and wife. It is a God-given stewardship.

A husband and wife are entrusted with one another, their family, and the influence their marriage has on those around them. Their covenant has the potential to shape children, influence future generations, strengthen the Church, and impact their community.

Scripture also gives marriage a unique purpose in displaying the relationship between Christ and His Church. Through sacrificial love, faithfulness, forgiveness, service, and covenant commitment, a husband and wife can give the world a tangible picture of Christ’s love for His people.

This is why we believe couples are called to become Marriage Stewards.

A Marriage Steward recognizes that their marriage is not simply something to enjoy or protect. It is something to faithfully steward, intentionally strengthen, and ultimately use for God’s purposes.

When couples understand their marriage as a stewardship rather than merely a relationship, their perspective changes. They begin asking not only:

“How can we have a better marriage?”

but also:

“How can God use our marriage to strengthen our family, our Church, and those around us?”

This is the heart of our approach to marriage ministry.

We want to help couples move from marriage maintenance to marriage stewardship, and from simply receiving help to eventually becoming Marriage Champions who use the lessons, growth, and strength gained in their own marriage to encourage and strengthen others.

A healthy marriage is a blessing.
A cherished covenant marriage is a testimony.
A stewarded marriage can become a legacy.
